What the page shows
- Top of the pageName, rank, availability, contact buttons. A captain sees who this is in two seconds.
- Certificates are privateNever on the public page. A captain sees them only through the 7-day link the owner sends. Expiry dates show green or amber inside that link.
- JournalThe owner posts photos, log entries and reports from a phone, so the page stays current and worth opening every week.
- Private documentsPassport and visa are never public. The owner shares them with a link or PIN.
- Two share buttonsOne sends the page. The other sends only the certificates, for 7 days.
- QR codeSaved to the phone, and always on the page if it gets lost.
- Team cardCouples link pages. Domains stay separate, and either one can unlink.
- Photos and storageThe customer uploads and downloads photos from the page. A set amount of storage is included. Extra is $10 per 2 GB.
- "Made by MusterPage" linkAt the bottom of every customer page. It links to the MusterPage home page.
How a change gets made
- Customer asksBy WhatsApp, text or email. For example: "new STCW certificate attached".
- You open their page editorYou sign in to your admin area and pick the customer from the list.
- You make the changeReplace the file, edit the text, set public or private.
- You publishThe page updates at once at their address.
- You replyOne line to the customer. The request is marked done.

Service deactivation

Referral rules (suggested)
- Reward1 free month ($12 credit) for each friend who pays. Credit comes off the next invoice. No cash to pay out or report.
- Friend's offerFirst monthly payment free, after the month included in setup.
- When it is released30 days after the friend's first payment, if there is no refund or chargeback.
- Bonus10 paying friends gives 12 months free.
- One level onlyNo rewards on friends of friends.
- Fraud checksSame person, phone, card or device as the referrer gets no reward. Credit stops at [24] months banked.

Sponsored accounts have no end date. You review them each year. Renewal reminders go to the owner 60, 30 and 7 days before the domain renews. If the renewal fee is not paid, the address expires. A sponsored page is shown as an example in your marketing only with the owner's written OK.

- Sponsors on the MusterPage home pageCrew insurers, training schools, money transfer services.
- Fair-use limitThe $12 plan includes changes on request. A limit such as 4 changes a month, with extra changes at $5, protects your time.
- Not included, on purposeSelling or renting crew data, and a paid recruiter search.
